It’s Easter Sunday.
In Minnesota.
It’s snowing.
Dave says he remembers that happening once before–at least 60+ years ago.
In other news:
On April 11th management here sent out their regular newsletter saying we had no COVID-19 in our complex.
On April 12th they sent an update. We have two confirmed cases: one in the independent living apartments and one in the care center. I wonder if the one in independent living is the one paramedics took past our door down our hallway on Wednesday. Suspected but not yet confirmed, maybe?
How quickly things change around here.
TTYL,
Linda
are you and Dave in the Independent Living Center?
we’ve had one confirmed case. the one I had to self quarantine for.
she was our Manager. and the one I sat across the desk from and used her pen.
she has since recovered I guess. I sent her a get well email.
and she responded from home. so I hope she’s just fine. she’s young and has 3 small children!
we make get some snow flurries next week!!!
Better snow than tornadoes. But I still prefer neither. Hope you and Dave are staying isolated. I also no that’s harder on Dave than you.
yes stay safe…In NZ we are all in at least “lockdown” but there are areas of self-isolation and quarantine…
