I got up this morning and stayed up.
it was a little after 1am. I had gone to bed at 10:30!
what??? but it was raining. I sat and listened to it for a long time.
and I took no nap today. now I’m Sleepy! ??? and it’s wayyy too early!

yes that’s a great tip – one that I’m striving to culture as I attempt to change my lifestyle slightly…now that some food/drinks seem to be at odds with the medicines that make most of it a lot better…
I also need a sense of direction and purpose and spent a lot of time when I was younger figuring out what that was for me, but I like the seesaw image.
