Not traditional

A friend just wrote about changing his own brake pads with much success.

He reminded me of another blog friend who says, “You don’t need a mustache to do that.”

It amazes me the things she is willing to tackle and how well she then does them.

Her oldest daughter is now an airline mechanic.

In Hawaii.

Hard to beat that.

  1. I must admit, I have never been mechanically inclined. In fact I have trouble changing a light bulb. But I admire women who can tackle a job like that and succeed. My mom built airplanes during WWII.
