Sort of fresh air

Just a little smoky.

One of our neighbors tried to grill a patio.

Nevermind that it is illegal to have a grill on a patio or balcony here.

Gas grills are provided on the grounds in an attempt to avoid this type of thing but, I guess, that’s not as convenient as right on your patio.

Until that’s not convenient either.

  1. I love outside grilling but I can sure understand not wanting your neighbors smoke filling up your patio when all you really want to do is enjoy sitting outside. I bet if you said something to them they might not appreciate it either. They should have at least invited you over for dinner!

  2. One of the “joys” of apartment living – those people who just think they can do whatever they want.

  3. the guy downstairs has a huge grill.
one of those expensive fancy ones that’s like an outdoor range!
the complex has one for people’s use in the park area. i’m surprised they’re letting keep it. but they are.
i’m just hoping he never catches my balcony on fire. sandie’s right.

  4. Grrrrr…..
The two of us have always said if we get tired of RV’ing we’ll get an apartment. But the reality of inconsiderate and even dangerous neighbors is on thing that may keep us loving RV’ing even if we get tired of it. 🙂 WE sometimes have issues with RV neighbors but they seem few and far between.

I don’t suppose they make long distance fire extinguishers that you could pass over the railing of your patio and put someone else’s grill out? Might not be cool, but might make the point.
