Where are you from?

Anyone who does much traveling hears the question over and over. It can be challenging to answer.

I was born in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

I spent my childhood in Decatur, Illinois.

I graduated from high school in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

I met and married my husband in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

The Army sent us to Alabama and Texas.

We spent three plus years living in RVs traveling the US.

Tell me again, where am I from?

TTYL,

Linda

  1. WOW!
    very continental.
and now just think… if you wanted to you could finally visit your birthplace!

I was born in Oklahoma City. grew up in many states. my three favorites… NY. VA. and CO.

graduated HS in Sandstone MN. (80 miles north of Minneapolis!)
attended university in Norman OK… met and married an Oklahoma boy. (they NEVER leave!)
and I have been here ever since. complaining about the heat the tornadoes and now the earthquakes.
    LOL!

I envy your RV travels all around the country! that would be SO COOL.

  2. You chose Minnesota, so that’s what I’d say as the short answer.

Mine is at least as long as yours!

That is a neat bit of trivia that you were born in Guantanamo Bay!
